Field Trips
During the warmer months there are photo field trips to locations around Boulder. There are nude and clothed shoots, depending upon the location and theme of the session with 1-2 models. Like the drop in sessions, I give priority to alumni of the Body Form / Portrait classes. If you have not taken any of the classes please contact me if you want to do any of these sessions.
Bummers Rock
Bummers Rock -This is a great outcropping in Boulder Canyon with good panoramas, sky and rocks. There are good perspectives for shooting down and up toward the model. We do nudes and clothed work at this session.

Dream Canyon
Rushing water around rocks. There are lots of perspectives and is perfect for long exposure water shots. It is a great spot for doing nudes.

Vidauwoo (Wyoming)
Beautiful round rock, big sky, great light. It is a two hour drive from Boulder, so it is an all day trip, but very worth it. The rocks are the right shape and size to compliment the human figure. We do mostly nudes at this session.

Zen Pool
A private zen garden with a swimming pool. A lush setting with lots of soft landscaping and a large pool. There is a daytime and a nighttime shoot at this location. We do mostly nudes but I have had models bring vintage swimsuits and dresses for wearing in the pool.

RiNo Arts District (Denver)
There is a famous alley in Denver that is a living street art museum with large wall murals that attract visitors and photographers from all over to experience. This visually rich environment makes for a very colorful location for doing photography. Since this is a public setting the models keep their clothes on (usually).
